Our cancellation policy is as follows:<br><br>1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations are accepted if made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. To cancel an order, please contact us at 7483894320 or email us at thedigitalechef@gmail.com.<br><br>2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery time cannot be accommodated due to the preparation process of our products.<br><br>3. Same Day Delivery: Same Day Delivery orders do not qualify for cancellations unless there is a wrong item(s) sent, or if we miss out on the item in the parcel before dispatch.<br><br>4. Special Orders: Orders that include items sourced from external vendors (e.g., flowers, toppers) are not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.<br><br>5.
