1. Eligibility for Refund
– Refunds are applicable only for online orders placed through our ordering platforms:

– Refund requests must be raised within 4 hours of receiving the order.
– To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
\u00a0 – The product received is damaged or defective.
\u00a0 – Incorrect item delivered.
\u00a0 – Non-delivery of the order due to our fault but not the 3rd Party Delivery Aggregator Rider(s) like Porter, Rapido, Swiggy Genie etc.
\u00a0 – Same Day Delivery orders do not qualify for refunds\/cancellations unless there is a wrong item(s) sent, or if we miss out on the item in the parcel before dispatch.
\u00a0 – Refunds will not be provided if the customer does not respond to the rider during the handover of the parcel.
2. Non-Refundable Items
– Perishable items such as cakes, pastries, and other food products that are consumed or partially consumed are not eligible for refunds.
– Refunds will not be processed for change of mind or incorrect address provided by the customer.

– Provide the order number, photos of the defective\/damaged item, and a brief explanation.
